Educators

The primary role of an early childhood educator is to ensure the well-being and safety of children while promoting their overall development. She develops a program that fosters overall development while supporting the children in their learning. She designs, organizes, and leads activities that stimulate their intellectual, physical, and emotional development. She collaborates with parents, colleagues, and members of the administration.

Cooks

Cooks assume all the duties related to the planning, the preparation, the organization and the evaluation of snacks and meals in order to offer healthy food and this in accordance with Canada's Food Guide and CPE Mère Framboise's orientations.

Administration

CPE Mère Framboise's administration team comprises a director general, who plans, organizes, manages and controls the activities of the CPE ensuring the quality of offered services; two assistant directors, who participate in the general coordination of the CPE, making sure of a smooth running operation in one of our installations, and supervise the personnel under their responsibility; and finally, an accounting secretary, who carries out various administrative support tasks mainly related to accounting, payroll and office duties.

On-the-job Training

CPE greets course participants from universities or cegeps studying in the field of early childhood. These trainees are at all times under the supervision of our permanent personnel, and the parents are made aware of the trainees' presence.
