According to the Ministère de la Famille du Québec, the role played by the educators constantly evolves. In addition to providing for basic care, they also take part in the education and the socialization of children.

Thanks to their competences and expertise, the educators play an important role in the development of young children. They guide them and accompany them in their daily experiences.

At CPE Mère Framboise, the role of the educator is not different. CPE Mère Framboise's educative team comprises more than thirty highly qualified educators, and despite their complete training and their versatile experience, they regularly participate in training sessions in order to expand their knowledge aiming at educational quality. We encourage positive and democratic interventions as well as efficient communications between all people who intervene. The educative personnel gives a great deal of room to children in the decisions that concern them. Our educators allow children to express their needs and be able to negotiate solutions to problems.
