The responsibilities of the Board of Directors, among others, consist of:
Elect management personnel as per clear and transparent procedures.
Adopt, modify or revoke General Rules.
Fulfill a strategic function for the determination of the orientations, the priorities and the objectives.
Build a mutual trust relationship between the Board of Directors and the person responsible for management.
Ensure sound management of the financial matters and human resources of the CPE, and carry out the follow-up and evaluation of the day-care services.
