During the annual General assembly, members of the CPE elected the adminstartive members for the Board of Directors.The Board of Directors includes the 6 following parent-users and a member of the business community:

The responsibilities of the Board of Directors, among others, consist of:
- Elect management personnel as per clear and transparent procedures.
- Adopt, modify or revoke General Rules.
- Fulfill a strategic function for the determination of the orientations, the priorities and the objectives.
- Build a mutual trust relationship between the Board of Directors and the person responsible for management.
- Ensure sound management of the financial matters and human resources of the CPE, and carry out the follow-up and evaluation of the day-care services.
